Founders

Tom & Ann Gullett

Thomas J. Gullett, founder of Gullett Family Properties, began his career in radio and cable television after serving in the Army Air Force as a mechanic and radar technician. Tom developed cable systems in Eastern and Western Kentucky, along with systems in Florida and England. It was during this time that Tom became passionate about real estate, leading him to build and invest in commercial and residential properties throughout Kentucky and Florida. He was co-founder of the KY TV Cable association and was inducted into the T.V. Cable Pioneers Hall of Fame by the National Cable Telecommunications Center and Museum in 2008.

Ann Gullett was born in Williamson, WV and graduated from Berea College. She taught art for several years at Southern Middle School, before retiring to raise a family and assist Tom in many business ventures. She was an avid gardener, reader and cook who gave unselfishly to her family and friends.

Thomas “Chase” Gullett

Thomas “Chase” Gullett, President of Gullett Family Properties co-owns elink Design, Intelliwire, and Phishing Box while managing Gullett Family Properties. Chase attended Christ School in Asheville, NC, and is a graduate of Lexington Catholic High School. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Shalanta and his twin sons.

Ashlea Gullett Beeson

Ashlea Gullett Beeson, Vice President of Gullett Family Properties holds a B.S. from the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture and currently has her Kentucky Real Estate License in escrow. A life-long equestrian, Ashlea currently serves as an Equine Risk Advisor for HUB International. She also serves on the Masterson Equestrian Trust and Iroquois Hunt Boards. She and her husband live in Versailles, KY with their son.

Thomas “Grayer” Gullett

Thomas “Grayer” Gullett attends Lexington Christian Academy, where he plays on LCA’s Varsity soccer & Varsity swim team along with being a member of the USA competition swim team for Sailfish and Greenbrier Piranhas. Grayer enjoys mechanics, engineering, and woodworking.

Ashton Chase Gullett

Ashton Chase Gullett attends Lexington Christian Academy, where he plays on LCA’s soccer and Varsity swim team along with being a member of the USA competition swim team for Sailfish and Greenbrier Piranhas. Ashton is passionate about animals and aspires to work in the veterinary field.

Both boys serve as production techs for southland Christian Church and are members of the Beta Club and National Honor Society.
